2009 Corvette Show May the 9th. |

May 9, 2009 Hey all !! WOW ! What a day we had. No rain and mostly sunny. We did get that wind, but it didn't stop the crowd. We had a record turnout for our 20th anniversary show. Over 600 Corvettes on the ground. We were parking cars where we never parked cars before. I've never seen so many people in the dealership ! There were 3 new ZR1's on hand, the oldest car there was a 57 and we had everything else in between. I saw lots of Forum Member cars there. The National Guard raised the huge American flag at 10:00 am and we just had a great time from there on. We showed the new Camaro to everyone for the first time too. The band kicked off the rock n roll at 11:00 and jammed until 2:00. The Dale Earnhardt Jr. Sprint Cup #88 car was also in the house for the day. Thanks to all who traveled from near and far to be with us. We're proud to be part of the Corvette family and we are always amazed at the support you all show to us during this event.
